The apartment we stayed in had a musty smell and was quite hot. The air conditioning was not very effective and we had to use a dehumidifier to try to improve the smell.

Ideal place for travelling to Seville and sightseeing. Welcoming and perfect personal, TERRIFIC service. Location is unbeatable and amazing with supermarkets and department shops found within walking distance of the building.

The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of all attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. It is also close to the train station, which is ideal for those arriving by train. it is situated right in the old quarter, providing a unique and authentic experience. With its central location in the city center, guests have easy access to shopping zones and popular tourist spots.

One negative aspect mentioned by a guest was the lack of natural light in the apartment.

I recently stayed at Casas Y Patios in Seville for a week-long trip. The staff, although not always on the property, were incredibly friendly and responsive, always just a quick call away. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions and with a bus stop just 50 yards away. The property itself was beautiful and modern, with spacious rooms and a fantastic patio to relax on. The maintenance was impeccable, and I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

The location of Casas Y Patios De Sevilla is fantastic, being in the shopping area close to shops, restaurants, a great supermarket in El Corte Ingles basement, and attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
